The provider was nice, personable professional and good with kids.
He was thorough while examining my son. He explained what he was doing and why. He explained the test results to me clearly. He seemed to be very confident and competent in what he does. Also, great sense of humor. 10/10 would absolutely recommend

The PA Tony was absolutely fantastic with me and my child. This entire appointment has been the easiest of many recently due to the PA and Audiologist's patience and kind nature. They didn't rush us or my child which created the best environment I could've asked for
Yes, the doctor was very helpful. He took his time with me and the patient. He explained everything. He did all the testing the same day. Testing was very accurate. They were very fast. And it was a very pleasant place to go to. I would definitely come back if I had to. Thank you.
The provider was very kind, he talked my son through the process and made him very comfortable even though my son was very nervous. My son has very sensitive ears and he was very gentle with my son, and even had a good sense of humor. The provider was encouraging my son and easing his mind. The whole appointment was quick, easy, and even though we were 20 minutes late, we were still able to get help. I have to bring my other son back tomorrow for his ear and I look forward to seeing this staff again as they were all very kind and helpful. Thank you all for all of your hard work!
