Yeah, I'd like to talk about Colleen Handwork, Handwork who is a physician assistant there in the Cardiology department at Akron Children's Hospital, she's amazing she's very patient she listens to you in length she talks to your child she listened to your child in length, she's very knowledgeable if you have an issue or concern she does address through the secure portal. Even on the visit visits we drive from Columbus and I do not feel rushed she does not rush appointments been the either in the middle of day evening and I have not felt rush one bit, she make sure that our questions and are concerned they're all addressed before we leave, and like I said the portal she's very prompt with answering them. Colleen was great. She was friendly she thoroughly explained my daughter's symptoms. She validated all that my daughter's been feeling which was so helpful. She took plenty of time with us, which I appreciated. But my 14 year old daughter, especially appreciated and we're looking forward to working with her on an ongoing basis.
