Didn't do a swab for strep or flu. Daughter has had fever for 5 days and complaining of sore throat.
Don was wonderful
Donald Buchanan is very nice. He answers all my questions. He takes time and really checks (Patient) out and always asks (Patient) if he has any concerns or if anything is bothering him. So I really appreciate that.

Extremely long wait times, our appointment was at 4 and we weren't seen till 4:30. I understand doctors do get behind but it's very hard when there's multiple children with you and everyone is getting antsy because of extremely long wait times.
Dr. Buchanan is professional, and outstanding. On top of that, he always does an excellent job at making my children comfortable, keeps the visit fun and them laughing!
We appreciated that he listened to our concern and took time to really check to be sure (Patient) was okay.
He is wonderful! Very engaging with the children. He has a calm demeanor.
