I love the doctors and the nurses and the ladies out front as well. Everybody was so nice and caring.

Dr.Canes and her staff are always just absolutely amazing all the way around. They are always so patient and come with such a welcoming demeanor everywhere you are in the office , I love that they always try to make my child as comfortable as possible while we are there too! Thank you for all you guys do!!

Hi, I just wanted to comment on how wonderful our visit was. The nurse practitioner or the assistant was so sweet and kind and then we got to meet with the doctor for the first time and she was so patient with our son. She was so loving and gentle. I felt like she listened to us and was listening to my son as well. He is on the spectrum and has very, very low vision and she figured out a way for us to get a better screening for the future and I just felt like she is going to be a wonderful doctor for us for many, many years to come. So we were very, very, very impressed and blessed to have her doing (Patient's) care.

Very professional, attentive and kind. My child was comfortable throughout her entire visit. The whole team did all the possible testing to figure out exactly what our issue was.

Everyone was very nice and clear on what they was going to do and kept telling me and was very nice and I appreciate.

A very lovely doctor who had so much patience dealing with a (age) year old,she was very pleasant and comforted my daughter which made everything worked out well. I definitely recommend her and we definitely will be seeing her again in a year.

I really wish I got the name of the doctors tech that assisted us back and forth to the room today . Because she went over and beyond. My son is autistic and a level 3. Which makes appointments extremely difficult for me. And my son never has a good exsperience. Today that was different. She helped during his meltdown. And it was the 1st time I have ever seen him so relaxed when a doctor had to look at his eyes. I really hope someone will see this and find out her name because she is one of a kind. And made that whole appointment amazing. Our Doctor was also so amazing and eased my son's fears and patient with him during his meltdown down while he was stimming. This is why I choose to drive over an hr and a half to see Akron children's providers compared to any other hosp.
