The doctor we saw today, Katelyn G Root, was absolutely amazing! She was very thorough & helpful in so many ways. She even went above & beyond with all this additional paperwork & confusion we had going on, due to the medical issue & more!...& Didn't act like we were a burden. We've been coming to this location for (#) years & the entire team, that we've seen, has continuously improved. I'm n pretty sure This is the ONLY survey I've ever done in my life... I've seen so many Drs & nobody anywhere treats us the way she did. I just truly want her to be fully recognized by somebody bc she deserves every bit of it! Thank you! -(Family names)

She was very nice, and explained everything that was going on or could happen with him being sick. She went over the possible duration of the illness my child has, as well as all the possible symptoms that could be caused by it. Very pleasant and did not make me feel like I was wasting her time. I genuinely appreciated her kindness because having sick children and not knowing what to do is very hard. Would definitely recommend this nurse practitioner.

This was a great appointment. I got in quickly and was seen right on time. The front desk and clinical staff are always pleasant and informative. Kate made sure to listen to my concerns and gives lots of reassurance. She took her time to explain what she thinks was going on with my child and what to look for in the next couple days and when to reach back out. Overall very happy with this visit! Will always recommend Kate and this office.
