She's very good with my children. My son's autistic and tends to interrupt her and talk over her at times, and she still listened carefully to what he had to say, not just me. She took him very seriously, and I really appreciated that.

It's was a nurse practitioner for our PCP, we've never met her and she's never met our kids so I don't feel as comfortable with getting care from her online when I emailed our PCP. I'm assuming our PCP trusts her which we trust her with our kiddos lives
