The doctor explained everything that she was going to do before she did it and that make us very comfortable with her treating our newborn. A-plus for keeping us informed and calm through the process since Mom was nervous.

We LOVE Maria ! She is always so kind and caring with our daughter. She always makes sure she answers any questions we have ! And she is always is smiling ! We look forward to seeing her, when we come !

The audiologist was fantastic along with the nurses. Very kind and understanding and sympathetic. The front desk staff was kind but one particular employee messed up my son's chart and therefore his appointment was affected. She was very difficult to talk to over the phone so I'm not surprised that there was an error.

Maria was fantastic! She covered all the information my daughter needed to know to take care of her new hearing aid, and adjusted everything for her just perfectly. She allowed time for my daughter to think about and ask questions, and was clear that if we had questions or concerns later we should just call. I was very happy and very impressed with her care.

I wish them all the best for caring my child.

The nurses, doctor, and audiologist that worked with my daughter today were absolutely amazing! I had more anxiety than things than my little one did, but they instantly made me feel at ease about the whole procedure.

We had a student that was in the room with us and the provider and she carefully was explaining to the student what to do and when to do it as well as explaining the results. 10/10 would recommend

Maria is compassionate and communicative, which is a far cry from our last audi! I cannot sing Maria's praises loud enough! We are so thankful for her and would follow her, if she ever leaves.
