Great service
Love her. She is very sweet and she was very good to my little one
She was very informative with treatment information. She also gave us advice on how to not spread the infection to other household members.

She was so incredibly patient and kind. I felt so comfortable through the whole appointment. She was also very thorough!! Was a great appointment! I just wish I could have called the office to schedule. When I made the appointment months ago, I was on the phone for 38 minutes with the call center for them to still end up having to transfer me to the office. I love Akron Childrens and have always had amazing experiences, but I am often on the phone for so long trying to make an appointment.
I would say the doctor was awesome. My daughter loved her and she said that she wouldn't mind coming back to see her and I was impressed because my daughter don't like a lot of people. So for her to meet her for the first time and say nothing but good things about her, I would definitely recommend my family and my friends to go and see her and I might end up making her primary doctor.
We love Mercedes. I love Mercedes. My kids love Mercedes. We're very comfortable with her. We're very happy with her. We do not want to go anywhere else for their care for any other reason. And I would highly recommend her to anybody who ever asks. Thanks.
Mercedes was super friendly and you could tell she loves babies! She answered all of our questions without making us feel uncomfortable and was not condescending in any way- which we've felt with other providers. She was thorough and excited about taking care of our son.
