She listened to what needed to be done and really took the time to help and help me understand what needed to be done. I felt like she cared more than any other provider and it made me feel heard as a mom.
the md was very thorough in her neuro exam, and took the time to sit and talk with me through all of my concerns. She listened to everything we had to say and was patient with my daughter who loves to goof off (as kids do) and even joined in which helped with my daughter being slightly more cooperative.

Dr. Pfeffer was amazing! She really checked over my son and put me at ease. I'm excited to have a provider who has specific training in breastfeeding while caring for a newborn. She was efficient and hardly had any wait time. I did not feel rushed at all. Highly recommend Dr. Pfeffer! Also want to give a shout out to (Staff name) the MA who gave shots. She was so quick! And she was so good to my toddler who was very busy during the visit. I was so appreciative to have her! The secretaries were also all so welcoming and helpful. I even got my mychart set up by the time I left the appointment! Austintown is an amazing office to take your children for their care.

Dr pfeffer was awesome! She really helped me understand what was going on with my child. She went above and beyond to help us get answers and followed up with a phone call the next day as promised. She really showed she cares and that me feel that my children are well taken care of.
The Dr. seemed to be able to relate well to my teenage daughter by sharing some similiar personal experiences with her.
This was the first time seeing Dr. Pfeffer and she was fantastic with my daughter. My daughter usually only wants to see (staff name) and she was not available and my daughter was very happy with how Dr Pfeffer cared for her! I was also very happy with the whole team, everyone was very pleasant! I'm very appreciative that that got us in for a sick visit so quickly! Thank you!
